Organizations and teams
Understand the organization model used for projects, teams, billing, API keys, and saved data.
iSearchFrom uses organizations to keep team data, billing, projects, searches, and campaigns together. Some parts of the app may refer to this as an organization.
What belongs to a organization
Section titled “What belongs to a organization”A organization contains:
- members
- projects
- direct searches
- proxy searches
- tracker campaigns
- AI Visibility campaigns
- token balance
- subscription and billing history
- API keys
- team settings
Active organization
Section titled “Active organization”The active organization controls what data you see and where new work is created.
Before creating a project, search, campaign, API key, or billing change, confirm the correct organization is active.
Multiple organizations
Section titled “Multiple organizations”You may belong to multiple organizations if you work with different teams or clients. Switch organizations when you need to separate data, permissions, billing, or reporting.
Organization settings
Section titled “Organization settings”Organization owners and admins can manage:
- organization name and description
- logo
- members
- invitations
- SSO providers
- billing
- API keys
- deletion
Available actions depend on your role and plan.
Deleting a organization
Section titled “Deleting a organization”Deleting a organization is permanent. It can remove projects, campaigns, search data, members, and related organization data. Active subscriptions may be cancelled automatically.
Only delete a organization when you are certain the data is no longer needed.
Open in iSearchFrom
Section titled “Open in iSearchFrom”Open Organizations in the app. Use Organizations to switch or review organizations, then use Team Settings for organization members and controls.
