Configure alert conditions for brand visibility and competitor activity in AI answers.

AI Visibility alerts highlight meaningful movement in AI responses. Use them to monitor important changes without manually reviewing every check.

AI Visibility alerts can cover:

  • visibility appeared
  • visibility lost
  • visibility rose
  • visibility fell
  • new sponsored placement
  • sponsored placement stopped
  • competitor sponsored activity

The exact alert titles shown in the app depend on the detected event.

Visibility alerts are useful when your brand begins or stops appearing, or when the visibility percentage changes materially between runs.

Use visibility alerts for:

  • product launches
  • brand campaigns
  • high-intent category prompts
  • important markets
  • competitor comparison prompts

Competitor alerts help surface meaningful movement from tracked competitors. Use them when competitor visibility affects sales, positioning, or content strategy.

Depending on your plan and setup, alerts can be reviewed in the app, emailed to subscribed team members, or sent to a webhook.

Use email for human review. Use webhooks when alerts need to enter another system.

Start with a small number of alert conditions. Add more after you know which movements matter.

Good alert setups are:

  • tied to a specific owner
  • tied to a decision
  • limited to important prompts and markets
  • reviewed regularly

Open AI Visibility in the app. Open the campaign from the AI Visibility list, then review its alert settings and recent alerts. Use Notifications for account-wide alert history.
