Invite Team Members
Add collaborators to a organization and manage pending invitations.
Team members help run searches, review campaigns, manage billing, and maintain reporting workflows inside a shared organization.
Invite a member
Section titled “Invite a member”- Open Team Settings.
- Confirm the correct organization is active.
- Go to Invite Members.
- Enter the teammate’s email address.
- Send the invitation.
The invited person receives an email invitation. Pending invitations appear in the team settings area.
Manage invitations
Section titled “Manage invitations”Use the invitations list to review who has been invited. Remove an invitation if it was sent to the wrong address or is no longer needed.
After a member joins
Section titled “After a member joins”Review the member’s role and access. Make sure they can perform the work they need without granting unnecessary permissions.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”| Issue | What to check |
|---|---|
| Invite email not received | Ask the invitee to check spam and confirm the address |
| Cannot invite | Confirm your role allows member management |
| Organization not selected | Set the active organization first |
| Plan limit reached | Review plan member limits or upgrade |
Open in iSearchFrom
Section titled “Open in iSearchFrom”Open Team Settings in the app. Owners and authorized members invite teammates from Team Settings for the active organization.
