Invite Team Members

Add collaborators to a organization and manage pending invitations.

Team members help run searches, review campaigns, manage billing, and maintain reporting workflows inside a shared organization.

  1. Open Team Settings.
  2. Confirm the correct organization is active.
  3. Go to Invite Members.
  4. Enter the teammate’s email address.
  5. Send the invitation.

The invited person receives an email invitation. Pending invitations appear in the team settings area.

Use the invitations list to review who has been invited. Remove an invitation if it was sent to the wrong address or is no longer needed.

Review the member’s role and access. Make sure they can perform the work they need without granting unnecessary permissions.

Open Team Settings in the app. Owners and authorized members invite teammates from Team Settings for the active organization.
