Get help with account, billing, API, search, tracker, and AI Visibility questions.

Contact support when documentation and troubleshooting do not resolve the issue.

Gather:

  • organization name
  • project name
  • search or campaign name
  • date and time of the issue
  • browser and device if UI-related
  • endpoint and request ID if API-related
  • screenshots when helpful
  • exact error message

Do not send API keys, passwords, payment card details, or other secrets.

Good:

Organization: Acme SEO
Project: UK Local SEO
Campaign: London Plumbing Rankings
Issue: Manual run failed on June 16, 2026 around 14:30 UTC.
Error shown: Failed to load campaign results.
Expected: latest run should show keyword results for 5 keywords.

Less useful:

It does not work.

For billing issues, include the organization and invoice or payment date if visible. Do not include card numbers.

For access issues, include the email address on your iSearchFrom account and the organization you expected to access.

For API issues, include:

  • endpoint
  • HTTP method
  • response status
  • response body
  • sanitized request body
  • key permission scope, without sharing the key itself

Open Account Settings in the app. When reporting an issue, include the active organization and links or IDs from the relevant app page, but never include passwords, API keys, or card details.
