Manage Subscription

Manage organization plan, billing cadence, checkout, and subscription status.

Subscription settings live at the organization level. Confirm the correct organization is active before making billing changes.

The billing page can show:

  • current plan
  • monthly or yearly cadence
  • tokens remaining
  • extra tokens
  • next billing date
  • payment history
  • subscription history
  • available plans
  • token top-ups
  • Stripe checkout or portal actions
  1. Open Billing.
  2. Confirm the correct organization is active.
  3. Review the current plan and next billing date.
  4. Compare available plans.
  5. Choose monthly or yearly billing where available.
  6. Select the new plan.
  7. Review checkout details.
  8. Confirm payment through Stripe.

Plan changes can affect project limits, member limits, token allocation, API access, exports, SSO, and feature availability.

Subscription tokens refresh to the new plan allocation when the subscription change is provisioned. If your organization also has top-up tokens, those remain separate as permanent tokens.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. iSearchFrom does not store raw card details.

Use Manage subscription when you need to update billing information, review subscription status, or make changes handled through the billing portal.

The Manage subscription button appears on Billing when the active organization has an active subscription.

Common statuses include:

  • active
  • trialing
  • past due
  • canceled
  • unpaid

If a subscription is past due or unpaid, feature access may be affected until payment is resolved.

Open Billing in the app. Use Billing to change plans, manage payment details, open the Stripe portal, and review subscription status for the active organization.
