Projects

Organize searches and campaigns by client, market, product, or research goal.

Projects keep work organized inside a organization. A project can hold saved searches, proxy research, tracker campaigns, and AI Visibility campaigns.

Use projects whenever a search or campaign belongs to a larger goal.

Create a project for:

  • a client
  • a website
  • a country or region
  • a product launch
  • a PPC campaign
  • a local SEO audit
  • a competitor research effort
  • an AI visibility monitoring program

Examples:

  • Acme - US SEO
  • Germany PPC Watchlist
  • Retail Marketplace Checks
  • AI Visibility - Enterprise Product
  1. Open Projects.
  2. Select the active organization.
  3. Choose New Project.
  4. Enter a clear name.
  5. Add a short description.
  6. Save the project.

After creation, use the project selector in the app shell or campaign setup to associate work with that project.

Edit the name or description when the scope changes. Keep names short enough to scan in dropdowns, but specific enough that teammates understand the purpose.

Deleting a project can remove organization around saved searches and campaigns. Before deleting, confirm whether the project is still used for reporting or shared team work.

Use a consistent naming convention:

PatternExample
Client + marketAcme - UK SEO
Brand + workflowBrand PPC Watchlist
Product + launchProduct X Launch Research
Channel + marketAI Visibility - Brazil

Avoid names like Test, New Project, or SEO unless the organization is very small.

Tracker and AI Visibility campaigns require a project. This keeps recurring work organized and makes it easier to review campaign purpose, usage, and results later.

Open Projects in the app. Create projects before large research or tracking work so searches and campaigns stay grouped.
